Faith Oneya is a creative writer and online journalist. She has been working professionally as an online journalist with Daily Nation since 2013 and also manages Literary Chronicles, a blog on Arts&culture. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Literature Major). She also has a certificate in online journalism from the Radio Netherlands Training Centre (RNTC) and a Media Management Certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Faith Oneya is a creative writer and online journalist. She has been working professionally as an online journalist with Daily Nation since 2013 and also manages Literary Chronicles, a blog on Arts&culture. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Literature Major). She also has a certificate in online journalism from the Radio Netherlands Training Centre (RNTC) and a Media Management Certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.

She is a member of PEN (Poets, Essayists and Novelists) Kenya, AMKA Forum for Women’s writing and the Association of Media Women in Kenya.

Her short stores have been featured in the Anthology Fresh Paint, published by the Goethe Institute, and in the regional newspaper, The East African. One of her short stories has been recently accepted by Kikwetu literary journal.

She also writes human-interest stories for Daily Nation. Faith is currently working on her first short story collection and young adult novel.
