Your digital footprint is what can be found about you online. This doesn’t just include your social media profiles and things you manage but also what others are saying about you and your creative products. If your digital footprint is good – when someone types your name in google they will find lots of information about you, including how to contact you and be able to see your creative products at a single click but also be intrigued enough to click and dig deeper.
Having a good digital footprint is an essential foundation – if it’s tiny or dispersed or inconsistent or doesn’t reflect your brand/identity correctly – it won’t work for you, and your marketing and outreach efforts will not yield much fruit.
